11 teams (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Montenegro), many new friendships, the joy of playing and the beautiful weather in December in Mostar created an eternal memory of the first Tika-Taka football tournament for girls, which brought us greater visibility of the project “Sport as a tool in prevention of GBV”.
Winter weather brings indoor soccer and tournaments, so in November 2025 we participated in futsal tournament in Zavidovici and promoted our project among 10 teams of girls under 13.
Lots of fun and gifts for us at the Youth Sports Games in Sarajevo, but also an opportunity to wear our project t-shirts and make the project more visible.
Our representative, alongside a member of the Fare network to which we proudly belong, took the stage as speakers at the engaging two-day Croatian Football Association Conference held in Zagreb.

During the boxing tournament in 2025 organized by our partners Boxing Club Vogošća, we were awarded a certificate for our contribution to the development of boxing in our local community and the popularization of this sport among girls, which we certainly would not have been able to do without the project “Sport as a tool in the prevention of GBV”, so we can pass on the recognition to the Mediterranean Women's Fund, and the German Embassy in Sarajevo who donated boxing equipment.
The first international girl's futsal tournament in Makarska 2025 was also our first tournament within the project “Sport as a tool in prevention of GBV”. With the participation of 10 clubs from region, this event was a great opportunity to promote our project and make new partnerships.
