During 2023, our commitment to broad inclusion is supported by the organization Mediterranean Women's Fund through the project “Inclusion of young Roma girls in football”. In addition to the continuous inclusion of young Roma girls from the municipalities Vogošća and Ilijaš, this year we went one step further – we managed to include girls with hijab in our team, who actively participated in workshops, training sessions and football matches together with their friends. The six-month project “Youth and Ecology” was a big challenge for the young people of our organization, because we had the task of solving the perennial problem of negligent dumping of garbage in the place Gora, in the immediate vicinity of the elementary school. Two months after the end of the project, we can say that we managed to change the consciousness of the local population and save nature from harmful human influences. Unatoč pandemiji Covid 19, tokom 2020. godine započeli smo sa veoma važnim omladinskim radom – uključivanjem romske omladine u nogometni tim NOVA ŽENA. U osnovnoj školi u Semizovcu održali smo inkluzivnu radionicu i nastavili sa treninzima, ali sada sa devojčicama i dječacima pripadnicima romske etničke manjine. Projekat podržao Fare network.

Jednakost nam je važna, ali i čisto i sigurno okruženje. Kroz projekat „Probudite svoju ekološku svijest“ očistili smo smeće sa ulice kod Osnovne škole na Gori, izgradili kante za smeće i postavili motivacione poruke za očuvanje prirode. Podržao Schüler Helfen Leben.

Naša fudbalska pustolovina otpočela je kao dvodnevni događaj u oktobru 2016. godine u okviru antidiskriminacijske kampanje „Football People Action Weeks“ (Fare network). NOVA ŽENA je održala radionicu za djevojčice koje vole fudbal, a sljedećeg dana odigrana je  fudbalska utakmica u Semizovcu. Ostalo je istorija.
